❤️ I fired myself. Here's what happened:

I couldn't figure it out for the longest time.

I saw myself as a person with strong willpower, committed, dedicated...

Yet, I couldn't follow through on many habits I wished I had.

I'd struggle with overeating.

I'd struggle with screen addictions.

I'd struggle with emotional outbursts.

I'd struggle with procrastination on things I wanted to do.

I'd struggle with living the life I wanted to live - the life on my terms.

It got to a point I thought:

"there must be something wrong with me."

or "I don't have what it takes to succeed."

You can imagine how this manifested in my professional or personal life.

You can see how my relationship suffered because of all this.

But then I made a simple shift that changed everything;

I fired myself.

More precisely - I fired my "evening self". (and as a result my "night self")

I realized something - this guy SUCKS at making decisions.

Instead of going to bed on time, he stays up watching YouTube (or something "spicy").

And the morning self suffers.

Instead of stopping eating well before bed, he stuffs himself up with anything he finds.

And the morning self suffers.

Instead of doing what he promised to do, he break the promises, lowering my self-esteem.

And the morning self suffers.

Morning self has a lot of willpower.

Morning self has energy to go after what he wants.

Morning self is centered, calm, and confident within.

So I decided to lean onto him.

I fired my evening self by doing the following:

  1. I stop eating at 6 pm, no matter what.
  2. I stop looking at any screens at 8 pm, no matter what.
  3. I go to bed at 9 pm and sleep by 10 pm, no matter what.

And guess what?

By making this 1 simple decision, my entire life transformed as a result.

  1. I wake up before 6 am
  2. I do priming, breating, and reading before 6:30 am
  3. I finish exercising in the gym before 7:00 am
  4. I return from a morning walk before 7:30 am

And guess what?

I feel completely in control, inspired, motivated.

A result of this?

I'm ready to share my entire transformation from "disorganized" (anxious/avoidant) in love to a secure person.
