đź’•You CANNOT Change Your Past...right?đź’•

đź’•LOVE LEADERSđź’•

"You can't change your past."

That's how the saying goes, right?

Well, I don't believe that.

Why?

In my work with over 50 others I saw time and time again that not only you CAN change what happened...

but if your present isn't bringing you the fulfilment and satisfaction you're after...

you SHOULD change it.

Now, you might be thinking:

"Wait a second - what the heck are you talking about, dude?"

Let me explain...

There are 3 things you must learn about your recollection of past:

1. Your memory isn't what happened:

It's how you recreate what happened

When you remember, you don't time travel.

You open up a filing cabinet and pull up a file.

The way you access it (right now) depends on your state (right now).

Meaning?

You are rewriting your past every single time you remember.

Wouldn't it make sense to rewrite it in a conscious way?

2. Your memory isn't what happened:

It's often false

The research varies, but general consensus among scientists says this:

About 25% of your memories are false.

By the act of accessing and rewriting a memory in the past, you altered it.

Sometimes for the better.

Sometimes for the worse.

This act of rewriting and altering it makes it now different from the past reality.

Wouldn't it make sense to stop clinging to your memories as the fact they might not be?

3. Your memory isn't what happened:

It's only 1 representation of it

And lastly - the meaning you attached to the situation is only 1 possible meaning.

There are 1000s of meanings in every experience.

They depend on:

  • the state in which you experience (or remember it).
  • your focus (what you focus on in the experience)
  • your ability to make sense of what's happening.
  • your experience and understanding of it
  • and many more...

Wouldn't it make sense to choose meaning that empower you instead of bringing you down?

Ok, so what's my point here?

The point is this:

If you went through a breakup, divorce, or a heartbreak...

If you feel like you've been rejected, abandoned, or betrayed...

If you carry the weight of the past painful experiences and traumas on your shoulders...

You can be FREE of all of this.

By changing your past.

This is what I've done for myself and my painful memories.

This is what I've helped others do in the last 7+ years.

This is what I'm ready to help you do too.

Whenever you are ready to let go.

My 1:1 program PROJECT PHOENIX™ is open.

💕LOVE LEADERS💕 Sitting across from a client the other day, I ask them to do something that feels… well, impossible: “Forget your problems for a moment,” “I know they’re heavy. I know they’ve defined your days and stolen your nights. But just for now—can you put a pin in them?” Their eyes dart around the room like they are trying to find an exit. I see the panic settle behind their ribs. The disbelief that it could be so simple. The quiet war between wanting to move forward and staying loyal...

💕LOVE LEADERS💕 I still remember where I was standing when I saw the words. “Step one: Radical Honesty.” My stomach dropped. Everything in me went cold. And before I could stop it, I whispered out loud: “OH F$#K.” We had just signed up for a sexual mastery and relationship recovery program — my wife’s idea. This was 3 years ago. After our first miscarriage. After we lost something deeper: the feeling that we were still us. She wanted to feel close again. I said yes because it seemed like the...

đź’•LOVE LEADERSđź’• The relationship ended. But you are still hoping that maybe... maybe they come back and say "let's try again". You are holding onto an image that is long gone (or maybe one that has never existed in the first place). You struggle with concentrating. In the work. With your friends. Everywhere you go, you can't shake the sense of loss. Sounds familiar? I've been there too. 3 years ago, when my wife said: "I think we should take a break"... and she didn't mean from the...
